It is very easy. Just do the following:

(1) Download and install  Garmin Training Center (http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=835)

(2) Download and install Garmin MapSource (http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=209)

Make sure you do both steps in that order.
