Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of butter per banana (approximately)
1 tablespoon of brown sugar per banana
1 banana per person cut in half lengthwise and crosswise
a pinch of cinnamon (cannelle) for each banana
1/4 to 1/2 cup of alcohol (rum, brandy, whiskey)
Instructions:
1- In a heavy skillet melt the butter and brown sugar
2- Add the banana and sauté lightly about 1 minute on each side
3- Add cinnamon and reduce heat
4- Poor alcohol and ignite
Serve the banana hot with some of the cooking juice.
